2021/6/4 So... new post. Only took me, what, four months? Better late than never, I guess. Anyway... should probably mention a new screenshot. It's of an Amiga-like WM called WindowLab that I've decided to hack on as a learning exercise. Won't be anything too big, at least at first... I'd like to implement window shading, tabbing, and basic EWMH/ICCCM compliance, though. Gotta add the ability to toggle focus modes, too... no idea how people can live with click-to-focus. That segues nicely into how I'm doing with programming. I've started to get over my apprehension a little bit, and that's manifested in the form of the aforementioned tinkering, as well as fixing up a few older programs (xcalendar, xfm...). I've been working through K&R, as well as HtDP; hoping to get through those and SICP as well, this summer. Oh, I'm looking at moving soon, as well. A couple friends of mine share a house, so I'll be able to save a lot of money and headache if I move in with them. One of my friends is gonna teach me about geometry and graphic design, too, so that'll be fun. Beyond that... I wouldn't mind going for a few hikes, maybe picking muay thai back up. Who knows. Anyway, that's about all I have today. If anything interesting happens, I'll post on here again, assuming I don't forget. P.S: As of 0038 on 2021/6/5, the entire site is ISO HTML and CSS3+ compliant, without a single error. Still have to tidy things, but this is a good start, even if it's not the most aesthetically pleasing.
